Pablo currently serves as chairman of Bond Energy Solutions S.A.S. (a portfolio company), a board member of Diransa S.R.L. (a portfolio company), a board member of Janis (a portfolio company), and an investment committee member of Ceverum Ltd. (a portfolio company). He is also a board member of ProdEng S.R.L., and a former independent board member of Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A.

Prior to founding Lucens Capital, Pablo worked as a vice president of the Emerging Markets Opportunities Team at Oaktree, based in New York. Prior thereto, he worked as an investment professional at Eton Park, covering private equity investments in Latin America, and in J.P. Morgan’s Latin America M&A Advisory Team.

Pablo obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
